Instructor approval to attend this intermediate+ technique class. Equipment(optional): finger cymbals, yoga mat, and sweat towel. Suhaila Salimpour technique and Jamila Salimpour Step vocabulary taught in Janelle's classes (Salimpour School). Janelle is Suhaila Level 5 certified and is authorized to teach CEC licensed classes in the Suhaila Salimpour format. Janelle is Salimpour 300 Intermediate 2 - J3 (formerly Jamila Level 3).
