Elizebeth Randall Rains, Lila Salhov, Laurel Shastri, and Jenny Bennett have joined together to offer ballet classes and continue building the community of adult dancers started by Rebecca Blair thirty-five years ago.

CLasses are designed for dancers at the intermediate level or above and geared toward dancers who are ready to be challenged in a welcoming and suportive enviroment.

Class fees:

Single class: $20

Five class card: $85

Ten class card: $150

Payment options include cash, check (payable to any one of the instructors), or Venmo (@BalletLove). Payment is due prior to taking class.

4-Week Sword Series at Desert Dream Dance 

Ready to level up your sword work? This progressive 4-week series will take you from foundations to choreography with strength, control, and stage-ready presence.  

Vaidehi's movement offerings stem from her background as a competitive pole dancer. Trained as a teacher in various modalities: pole dance, floor work, Buti Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, she loves fusing her movement with styles of dance she has also trained in such as: dancehall, bellydance, salsa, Indian classical, and hip hop. Expect workshop and series to take you on a similarly diverse musical journey. Her monthly Goddess Embodiment Experience andfloor work series invite you to explore feminine awakening and goddess embodiment through movement. Learn flexibility, conditioning, choreography, character development and more in an intentional, progressive, technique and foundations driven series that transforms.

Vaidehi is an entrepreneur that helps lead women towards their purpose, embodiment, and intuition. The full moon ceremonies are her way of creating community and a space for you to integrate, let go, and re-locate your center. Each ceremony is unique, focused on the themes, practices and astrological wisdom each lunation brings. You can expect a solid and consistent structure that helps you explore tools and self care rituals to take with you. Journal prompts, breathwork, cacao ceremony, fire release ritual, mirror work, movement practices and a beautiful altar set up set the foundation for your ceremony.
