Pleaser floor work class (heels optional) Class includes a full warm up and stretch, followed by foundational technique. movement and transitions are taught step by step ending with choreography that supports control and confidence. Heels, pleasers or socks are welcome. Knee pads recommended. Drop in $40 $75 for both rounds (both classes in the series).
