INTRO TO FLOORWORK WITH SIERRA Explore sensual movement, fluid transitions and grounded confidence with this beginner friendly floorwork class. We will begin with a full body warm up and stretch before learning foundational techniques, including muscle control, floor pathways, legwork, and transitions. Class will finish with a short choreography designed to help you connect the movements and express your individual style. No previous dance experience is required. Come ready to explore, build confidence, and move in a supportive, judgment-free space. Knee pads and socks are highly recommended. Heels or pleasers are optional. $40 drop in or $75 for both classes.
