12:30-2:30pm Saidi Tahteeb progression - 2 hours Journey through time, form and aesthetic of Egyptian stick dance. We start with the basic attack video reference discussing and then dive into the form/ body line and posturing used in tahteeb as a masri martial art and travel through its evolution to what we know today as belly dance cane. Energetic workshop using full body extension and coordination. $50/$55 at door
