Saturday June 21 1-1:45pm Active Flexibility/Dance Conditioning In this class (highly recommended before the 2nd class) we will address the full body to increase strength, flexibility and fluidity that complement any dance or performance style—this training session will also help you to practice so you can dance for many years safely. Learn ways to access muscles you didn't know you had! ********* Saturday June 21 2-3:30pm Technique & Combos/Fusion Bellydance Choreography The dynamics of this dance stylization are a contrast of sharp & fluid, locking and smooth movements. Explore this approach in a fun and powerful original choreography.Jessica Cooper is a fusion bellydancer with 20+ years' experience. She is a certified teacher of Zoe Jakes' DanceCraft and has also passed SL1 & JL1 with Janelle Rodriguez. Along with teaching challenging technique, she also brings to her classes the calming experience of somatic presence.
