Service Description

Mixed levels. Dance shoes recommended (jazz shoe, ballet slipper, lyrical sandal or dance paws). Conditioning exercises for belly dance from head to toe (and arms). We will focus on foot/ankle strength as well as core and upper body strength. All exercises and drills will be based on enhancing belly dance skills and dance movement used in belly dance. $25 or use your JBD dance card.
