A progressive pilates workout utilizing the Pilates Tower - an apparatus appropriate for any injury or skill level. Strengthen your core while improving posture, preventing injury and relieving/preventing back pain. Balance, focus and de-stress in this class for all bodies. Come see why everyone speaks so highly of pilates while learning from a Master Trainer! This class is a hybrid and can be done in person or online.
